Hinchliffe in Saskatchewan Canada

Does anyone know why a very small place in NE Saskatchewan is named Hinchliffe? This province has only bben settled approximately 100 years ago, so it is recent history!
Apparently there was at least a grain elevator there owned by the Sask Wheat Pool company.
I haved lived in the province 32 years having grown up in the Austonley, Holmfirth area. Are there more (nee)Hinchliffes in Canada?
